WHICH INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently accept all insurance plans, but please note that we are considered out of network.
WHAT IS THE COST OF BOTOX?
We charge a flat rate of $385 dollars for up to three areas approved by the FDA for forehead wrinkles, crow’s feet, and 11 lines.
WHAT IS THE COST OF IV THERAPY?
We charge $195 dollars for IV therapy hydration.
WHAT IS THE COST OF PAIN PROCEDURES?
All insurances with out-of-network benefits are accepted. The insurance may cover partial or complete compensation.
